"This was a gem in the forest. After the Uber driver dead-ended in a dirt parking area surrounded by a dense bamboo trees we had our doubts we were in the right place. A very short correction we were at a gate to a very nice roomy parking area and a nice new looking building with a very pleasant entry. From the start we were blown away by how nice this 68 room hotel was. Nestled at the entry to a park with pretty views of the city and mountain hiking trails. It was modern roomy and very clean....

"We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel and rooms are very clean, and they provide slippers for the room too. I recommend the garden view, it was so stunning and serene. "The room was spacious and clean. When I checked in there was a mix up about my booking as I had booked off an online retailer. I had to show my phone app to confirm that I had a room booked as the hotel could not find my reservation on their system. We had requested a later check out and was told we could check out at 12 pm. The next day we got a call at 11:00 am asking us to check out. When I explained that we had been told we could check out at 12 the staff member told me nothing was written to indicate that and became argumentative with me. I told her that perhaps the staff just forgot to write it down on my file but yet she just kept saying well it wasn’t written down. Anyway the hotel itself was good but wasn’t totally pleased with the service. I don’t think I would stay here again as there are other great hotels with similar pricing in the area. "

"The surrounding area don’t have any shop even if it’s 7 eleven or family mart. The hotel also won’t provide bottle drink. Need to go lobby to fill water with own bottle from drinking machine. However the hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. One more important thing is the hotel provides the transport to Taoyuan airport for free with scheduled time. "
