"We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel and rooms are very clean, and they provide slippers for the room too. I recommend the garden view, it was so stunning and serene. The staff are very kind and helpful, they shared pamphlets upon arrival and always checked in to ensure we had what we needed.

In particular, the kindness of young owner and his parents were so kind with warm heart. Young owner's english was so fluent that I had no problem comunicating with him. "We celebrated Father’s Day with the whole family and grandpa at the Grand Hotel Taipei. The hotel staff were extremely warm and friendly toward the elderly. In addition to a bathtub, the bathroom’s shower area was equipped with a seat and handrails, which was wonderful. From the balcony, we could even enjoy a view of Taipei 101."
"My family had a connecting flight and we decided to go outside of the airport and stay at Hyatt hotel. we were worry if we could check in early, but Staff is very accommodating. Hotel is nice and clean and very updated. They even have shuttle bus to pick you up and drop you off at airport for free. Dining options are great It is worth the trip and money.
