Many shops and restaurants nearby. Staff was polite, check in was quick, and the room was clean. However, the bathroom window could not be closed all the way. As a result, street noise and cold air came into the room all night. Problem is that while the description noted that it was a five minute walk from Tayoun station and thus presumably close to the Taipei international airport, and this would be a major reason why someone would stay at this hotel fact the train at that station does not go to the airport. As a result the only way to get to the airport is by bus and since that takes 45 minutes one might just as well stay in the centre of Taipei and take the MRT which also takes about 45 minutes.
