We had to call and have a customer service rep call us back to walk us through the whole hour process as this was so unfamiliar to us. No one will check on you. You can request your room to be cleaned every 3 days. And, If you want towels, etc, you will have to call customer service to call the maid to bring towels etc. Put trash outside your door and the maid will dump it in the morning. Be sure to set up Uber Eats so you can have food delivered. You will be a 5-10 minute walk to a small mall and cinema. Upon checking in, I suggest that the property will have public wifi to atleast access emails especially if there will be any problems with the checking-in procedure as per experience, the property can only provide QR codes(as key card for the room) thru emails. Cleanliness wise, the room has LOTS of hair and seems that the paper cups provided had not been changed every cleaning.
