"A very interesting villa and we really enjoyed our short stay. Taxi took us right to the door. Check in was simple and communication with Nadia was excellent. Air conditioning excellent and necessary given the temperature levels. View from the rooftop terrace is spectacular. Minor improvements would be some instructions re kitchen appliances etc."

"A spacious and well appointed apartment within the Villa. The views from the terrace are spectacular and overlook the Giardini Naxos bay all the way to the Cape of Taormina. From the terrace of the main bedroom there is also a wonderful view of Mt Etna in all her glory. The apartment itself is well equipped and has pretty much everything you need (fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, towels, hairdryer, bbq crockery Ian’s cutlery) and there wasn’t anything that we needed to ask...

"There were many issues, some were fixed within the first week, some were not fixed until we left (distroyed BBQ). Sometimes we had to tell the owner twice to fix something (broken bed). Rattling fan in the kitchen (noosy), A/C was working in all rooms. The rooms were big. Ant poison was on the terrace when we arrived (unsafe for small children). Always lock all doors when you leave the premise as the garden and terrace were publicly accessible from the outside. Old and worn furniture, some...

"Our stay at the Villa Bougainvillea was perfect. We had everything we needed and more. The home is so lovely and quiet and comforting. We enjoyed the pool and dining in the garden. "Pros: Das Haus ist ein geschmackvoll eingerichter "hide-away", das ich allen empfehle, die weg, und doch nicht zu weit entfernt vom kommerziellen Gewusel von Taormina sein wollen. Antonio, der Gastgeber ist äusserst freundlich und grosszügig. Die Anfahrt ist abenteuerlich - es lohnt sich aber unbedingt! Cons: Der herzliche Empfang von Antonio.
