No security guard to manage the arrival place where guests disembark. both the place underneath the covered entrance was occupied by other vehicles. The driver of the said vehicle conveniently parked their cars there and no drivers were inside the vehicles. It was raining and guests have to run under the rain from park car to the hotel. Without security guard also expose the guests to risk of unwanted people.

The staff were fantastic but the smell of building dust every morning as you left your room got a bit too much after a few days, even though we were on the 19th floor.
