"My wife and I loved the location, it was fantastic. We were on the ground level and the ability to interact with the locals was great. The facility was very nice and the pool and sauna was very nice. It is both secluded as well as very walkable to all points in Chamonix. Parking is a valued part of the reservation. "Loved the view from this property overlooking the lake. Would have like air conditioning. A warning to anyone washing their clothes in the on-site laundry. It automatically dispenses soap and even after washing out clothes a few times after it stank of the soap smell very strongly. It gave my wife a headache and eyes watered. We could not believe we could not get that strong soap smell out. My wife almost threw away her clothes that she has washed there. Again don’t use their onsite...

"We had a great time at the P&V Atria-Crozats Residence. The property is stylish and relatively well positioned within the resort with stairs down to the village centre close by and easy access to slopes. However, this is not necessarily ideal for young children as it could be cumbersome to carry them and the ski gear up to the building… The children corner is a nice concept but the toys were mainly for toddlers and had missing parts. The pencils were not sharpened… we only went once because...

"Pros - large living room , large balcony, relatively comfortable beds , close to the high street via the stairs and easy to reach the ski school via skis . Great for self catering Cons - very small bedroom ( no enough space around the bed) , reception was closed had to go the hotel next door , a bit worn out , door stopper on the floor in the bathroom too close to the toilet - causing injuries . Not that great if you want a bar or a coffee in the lobby apres ski or in the evening . No...

"Good rooms, not much to do in the hotel, the reception open hours are poor (bar Saturday) and so if you arrive between 12 and 5 midweek..... good luck The comms from the hotel was not great, and a quick answer to one question would have helped (luggage store). "Nice place, great location for grand massif ski lift and only short 5 min walk into town. Pool and SPA facilities were great after long day on the slopes. Room of decent standard although heating is controlled by reception, ours kept going off and because reception is part time couldn’t always contact them to switch it on. Kids enjoyed the pool table in reception but only downside was they closed early at 8pm could have been done with staying open a little longer. Negatives would be that WiFi...
