Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The property let us know that there is no air conditioning at this time of year (April) with highs in the 70F. Plus side it did have a window to open but was loud outside until late in to the evening.

We as family stayed here and had 3 rooms for 2 nights The entrance into building STUNK SO BAD of garbage disguised with deodorant spray …. i had to cover my mouth and nose everytime or i would gag seriously GROSS The area IS central to stores and restaurants it is NOT a quiet location The free buffet for breaky was good and staff at front desk were fabulous we recommend to stay here minus the stink when entering !! Hotel was as expected. We had difficulty getting to the entrance due to major roadworks on avenue du gare. The room had a great mountain view with paragliders in the distance. Many good and drinks options nearby (Crazy Crepes was just outside the entrance)

The hotel was a convenient location from the station and anyone travelling to Geneva and surrounding places. However check out is at 11am and not 12pm as stated on the website and the reception is on the first floor. On arrival day receptionist was welcoming but spoke only French.

The location was very convenient with many restaurants, a good bakery and a grocery store nearby. The hotel was clean and quiet, staff were friendly and helpful and the beds were comfortable. Basic accommodation with little space to put your belongings. The bath was chipped and there was no anti slip mat but the shower was very good.

The stay itself was great, I cannot fault the cleaners and the service. However, the communication regarding my room requirements and not addressing my message from 2 months before my stay was very disappointing considering I was staying with a relative and we were given a double instead of 2 single beds. The hotel was okay, but there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room, even when the window open. The cleaning was well done, so no complaints there, but in these circumstances (of someone smoking inside the room) they should wait before putting the room up for another guest.
