We stayed at the unit for 3 nights including New Year's. Communication with owner was very professional and our request to provide fresh bed-sheets was quickly arranged for. The unit presented clean and details like a small X-Mas Tree, stockings and a bottle of red wine made us feel welcome and were appreciated. From the small balcony we enjoyed the view to the bay as well as both the morning and afternoon sun. The kitchen was pretty much complete, the queen size bed rather comfortable.....but: even taking into account seasonal demand the absolute high premium rent made us feel we overpaid for a unit, which is not as large as advertised (at least by 100 sqft) and whose built-outs (kitchen, bathroom) are not of the age and quality the photos make you believe.
