  • Private 2BR home for up to 5 guests in the heart of Tampa, with on-site parking and a private fenced backyard.

    Walk to Armature Works, ULELE, Rocca, The Pearl, Water Works Park, and Tampa’s Riverwalk. Enjoy some of Tampa’s best dining, nightlife, waterfront walks, and downtown attractions without needing to stay in the middle of the downtown hotel district.

    The home includes 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a full kitchen, dining area, living room, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and private outdoor space. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a double futon, and the living room has a twin futon.

    Ybor City, Benchmark International Arena, Raymond James Stadium, Bayshore Boulevard, Hyde Park, and SOHO are all a short drive away.

    Guests have the entire private left side of the duplex, with a separate entrance and no shared interior spaces. Driveway parking is available for up to 2 standard-size vehicles.

    Pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee per stay. Please include all pets on the reservation.
