    Bring your whole family to this great place enjoying Busch gardens Fireworks from it.
    Spacious 4 bedrooms and 2 completely renovated bathrooms, one with bath tub and the other has a shower. Enough space for up to 12 people to relax and have fun.
    The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and stove to cook if you need to.
    This property have a two *Detached in law house on the back of it that it is also rented as an Airbnb. Laundry room & Fire pit area is shared.

    BY OUR HOME:
    Our home is a Florida getaway, central to many of the adventures found in Central Florida. Perfect for family fun, family beach days, dolphins and fishing tours and many other activities!
    The location is EXCELLENT ! You’re only minutes away from Bush Gardens, USF university campus, Mosi Museum, downtown, beaches, etc.

    THEME PARKS:
    Disney and Universal theme parks are about 2 hours away. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are 2 min away. Dinosaur World is half hour away and Legoland about 45 min.

    NIGHTLIFE, SHOPPING & WALKING:
    Armature Works has great restaurants and you can walk the Riverwalk to more restaurants and stroll by the river. All around the house you can find restaurants, breweries and fun.
    St. Pete pier is amazing for a stroll and enjoy drinks and live music. St. Pete downtown has an artsy vibe and is great for shopping, dining and festivals.

    KIDS:
    We love the Glaziers Museum and Great Explorations for indoor playgrounds. Lowry Park zoo is an amazing zoo. The Tampa aquarium is very close but there is also Clearwater Aquarium. St. Pete pier has a splash pad, a small beach and a great playground. The Museum of Science and Industry is great for kids in Tampa.

    MOSI museum, Tampa Museum of Art, Glaziers Museum, USF Contemporary Museum, The Dali Museum, Mission Moonbase, Imagine Museum and Museum of Fine Arts.


    THEATERS:
    Mahaffey theater, Straz Center, Ruth Eckerd Hall.

    MISC.
    Sunken Gardens is great and the Botanical Gardens of Largo. Largo Central park has a great Christmas display.

Check in was smooth. VERY CLOSE to Busch Gardens! Each room had a queen and twin bed. Towels were already placed on each bed making shower time simple. There was TONS of room for our family of 7. We easily could have had an extra 5 people without feeling crowded. The only issue we had were fleas in one of the bedrooms, likely from the vast amount of stray cats outside. We contacted the owner and he confirmed that he would handle the issue. We would stay here again.

The place is nice BUT the shower heads were rusted and the bed sheets have some hair in it. We had to wash the bedsheets and blankets to make sure they are cleaned. The area is quiet and close to Busch Gardens.

Oscar, my host was very attentive to my needs and helping me when we first arrive with two trucks and trailers on how we could park then he assisted me because when we left after staying there for a week I left some stuff in the freezer that I really needed to get back and he coordinated it for me and had me come back to Tampa a couple days later and get it from the cleaning people which is amazing Thank you very much for a great stay

We had 10 people stayed for USF graduation. The house is conveniently close to USF and Busch Gardens where we went. The house was clean and there was enough space for everyone.

It was a gigantic space with sleeping for 12. The location was fantastic if you want to be in the University Area or busch gardens.lots of good food only a short uber ride away.

Nice place

Oscar is a great commentator! The house worked perfect for us. We stopped, ate, washed clothes and slept. Got up in the morning and went to the airport (nice drive). With this place, all was good.

Spacious and clean

We stayed with a group of 9 and there was plenty of room for all of us. Very clean and close to several restaurants/stores. We had no vehicle but were able to walk to eat, which was nice. Definitely recommend!

Good place to say.

This place had great space. It was clean and a good location. The only negative experience we had was that the smell of bleach was strong from the cleaning person as they mopped the floor. The smell did last for until the next morning after we checked in.

Close to Busch Gardens

This house was very large and offered sleeping space for a family of 8 people with a bed to spare. Short drive to Busch Gardens allowed us to come back for lunch and re-enter the park after a break. Very sparse and plain but we were only looking for a space to sleep and eat. Kitchen and laundry came in handy.

Great place to stay

I would not hesitate to stay at this property again! Oscar was great to deal with and very rapid to respond. Coming in at night I was unsure of the area based on a previous review I ready but also saw they said they would stay there again. It is on a dead end road with hotels on the other side of the fence. When I plan a trip to Busch Gardens with the kids, I will definitely plan to book here.

Stay near Busch

The property was clean and seemed freshly painted but a some of the work was incomplete? (framing around doors, closet doors missing? The location for going to Busch gardens was perfect. The surrounding neighborhood was not as good as one would want.

Large & as described

The house was as described in the listing. It easily fit our family of 7 (5 adults, 2 kids) and gave us all plenty of room. The kitchen is a bit on the small side, but more than sufficient for us. The dining area was really nice for a large group. All 4 bedrooms were large and comfortable for us all. The laundry is in an outside building, and includes multiple washers/dryers, which is really nice to be able to do multiple loads at the same time. It is very close to Busch Gardens, which was a huge bonus for us. Definitely recommend this house and would rent again, if available!

The house was easy to find and easy to get into. Each room was a good size containing a queen and a twin bed. Each room is a good size. There is also a futon in the open area room and two sofas in the living room. Overall, very good rental for our family of 7 who wanted to go to Busch Gardens (very close!). One of my daughters slept a twin bed next to a window, woke up Day 2 covered in bites, and thought they were mosquito bites. We sprayed her well the next day, she went to bed again and she had MORE bites. She then found a bug in her sheets and started panicking. At first we, thought they were bed bugs. After about 3 hours of looking through her sheets and examining her bites, we determined they were fleas. Fleas were also in the bathroom next to the room she was in and in the backyard (where there are many stray cats). We were so happy they weren't bed bugs. I immediately messaged the owner (Day 3 morning) with photos who responded with checkout instructions. I then asked the owner directly if s/he had seen my message about the fleas. My daughter was DONE so we told the owner we were leaving a day early (didn't stay until Day 4). We did NOT remove the sheets on the bed with the fleas but followed the rest of the close out instructions. We don't have animals so we bagged up everything tightly and brought home to wash. We checked out early. Owner said thank you. If the flea issue is addressed, wonderful place to stay.
