You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor" Getting Around: We are located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting. Our ideal location is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. The excitement of big city activities in Tampa is well within reach. Our residents come home to community amenities like our lagoon-style pool, chalet-style clubhouse, huge fitness center with cardio and weight rooms, full-court basketball, Mac and PC computer lab, free printing, and so much more! Other Things to Note: The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card using our third-party system prior to your arrival. Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. Access to these amenities is subject to the community’s own cleaning, upkeep, and operational hours, and they may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or other factors outside of our responsibility. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300\. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding! Interaction with Guests: We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! To our pleasant surprise, the condo was absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean. Upon arrival, we found a thoughtful selection of snacks waiting for us, which was a lovely touch after a long day of travel.The hostess was by far one of the best we've encountered in our 24 years of traveling. They were incredibly accommodating, professional, and polite throughout our stay.We did have a minor issue locating the property and getting the door code to work, but it turned out to be a simple mistake on our part. Despite the confusion, the hostess handled everything with grace and professionalism, making the experience even more enjoyable.Overall, we couldn't be more pleased with our stay, and we will definitely keep this condo in mind for future trips!
