"It's a private very clean modern apartment in downtown Tampa. Perfect place to stay on business. I used the fitness center and got a great workout in. There is a parking lot across the street that's $15 for overnight parking which is cheaper than most hotels in the area. Stayed twice and had the same positive experience both times. "

"Actually, very wonderful stay! Staff were incredibly friendly. The surrounding area has restaurants and is light enough to be able to be walked out in at night.
