"Ceiling on top floor where we were was falling down. Tarps up to catch water and debris. Room service failed to replace many items and each day had to call. They also don’t pick up phone so have to go through app or front desk and delays. "

"The Mint House was exceptional! Above my expectations. Virtual check in was flawless. I loved having a full kitchen and laundry. It is about a 8-10 minute walk to the conference center where I was attending meetings. I eventually started using a scooter bike and appreciated that there was a parking spot right out side the hotel! Pool was small but perfect for relaxing and had a lit of shaded area if you wanted to avoid the sun. I will look to book with kasa properties in the future! "

"Aside from the construction crew while I was there the hotel was good - it's needing some TLC. Location to University of Tampa doesn't get much better and the service team was very attentive."
