We checked in at around 6:00 PM. The digital lock was not very sensitive, so some patience was needed before successfully unlocking the door. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 3 toilets. Towels were provided, but guests need to bring their own toothbrush and toothpaste. The environment and cleanliness were excellent — the space was spacious, neat, and well-maintained. Before checkout, at around 9:00 AM+, we heard someone attempting to open the main door, which was a bit concerning. There is a mahjong table in the living room; however, there were no chips or dice provided. We tried to contact the host regarding this but did not receive a response.

Room was fabulous. Hotel connects to shopping mall Bus stop right at the front of the hotel making it very easy to get around JB easy. Great location for food and transport. Will definitely stay here again.

Was a last minute booking and managed to get a room. Its my 2nd time booking with them as it was a wonderful experience previously. The host will send a step by step guide for the keys, unit and everything you need to know, so any users who might be skeptical, rest assured all will be in order and ease of check in process. Thank you! Will definitely revisit again soon!
