Location of hotel is perfect, close to nearby eateries and attractions. Only observations were used utensils after room service were left outside our door for 2 days before clearance. I found a non-operational phone & a leaky toilet to start, than I found a bathtub that looked like it's never been cleaned for months, as it's been covered in a layer of black-color grease, and finally, one of my pillows was badly stained. I was offered another room after pictures of bathtub was shown to the front desk. 2nd room was cleaner then the first one, but not by much! The TV channel is basic. The toilet is a bit old and needs refurbishment especially the tub (got repair cement that almost peeled off again). The water fountain not operating, otherwise may look good from the front of the hotel. Breakfast is okay for most but the rice maybe overcooked that day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall satisfied. The only complaint if any is that the room was not very sound proof.
