Séjour très agréable

Propriétaires très accueillants, maison très bien équipée. Nous avons demandé la prestation linge de lit et nos lits étaient faits à notre arrivée. Nous avions lu "arrivée possible à 17h", mais il possible d'appeler les propriétaires, très arrangeants, pour éventuellement avancer. Beaucoup de vaisselle et de matériel de cuisine : parfait pour les cuisiniers. Pour les enfants : quelques livres et un jeu de cartes. Prévoir vos jeux et jouets. Jardin très agréable avec portique et transat. La piscine n'est pas partagée avec d'autres maisons mais dépend d'un camping à 5 minutes à pied. Elle est très propre et bien entretenue. Le gardien est super sympa et très strict sur les règles : pas de short de bain bouffant, il faut un maillot moulant, sauts et jeux de ballon tolérés. Du coup c'est très agréable. Pas de parasol. Maison située près de l'aquarium, des plages de Bourgenay et Veillon (prendre la voiture). Activités : Canoë dans le marais poitevin, musée de l'automobile et Château de Talmont (nous recommandons juste à côté la pizzeria Antica : extraordinaire!). Côté équipement : pensez à emmener savons pour les mains, liquide vaisselle, pastille lave vaisselle et lessive, sacs poubelles et éponge. Abritel au top comme toujours pour le service client. Paiement par Agence Bellvilla à prendre en compte : acompte ok à la réservation. Puis on vous dit par mail qu'il faudra bien régler le solde à une date précise. En fait ils vous débitent le lendemain sans vous prévenir. Prévoir donc l'approvisionnement de votre compte bancaire. Nous recommandons cette location. Nous y avons passé une très agréable semaine.

Très bon séjour dans cette maison qui est vraiment très bien équipée. Propriétaires très gentils avec petit goûter d’accueil à l’arrivée. Maison conforme aux photos, environnement calme. La mer est à deux pas et les pistes cyclables juste à côté. Seul point négatif une odeur persistante dans les toilettes. A part ça, je recommande vivement cette location.

WE HAD A BRILLIANT 3 WEEK HOLIDAY AT THIS HOLIDAY HOME FROM MIDDLE OF JULY AND FIRST WEEK OF AUGUST THE BBQ SET-UP WAS A BIG HIT. WE USED IT MOST EVENINGS. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, CLOSE TO ALL AMENITIES.

Mooi vakantiehuis, met heerlijke tuin. Fijn zwembad en onze kinderen vonden het heel leuk dat er ook springkussens staan. In de beschrijving van Topictravel wordt gesuggereerd dat de kinderen zelf naar de speeltuin kunnen gaan op het domain. Dit klopt helaas niet. Voor ons was dat een enorme tegenvaller, want wij hadden ons wel verheugd op een boekje lezen in de tuin terwijl de kinderen vriendjes maken in de speeltuin. Het huis ligt aan een weg, de kinderen moeten deze oversteken en er een stukje langslopen, pas dan komen ze achter de slagbomen en zijn ze op het autoluwe domain. Voor onze kinderen van 5 en 7 was het te gevaarlijk om zelf te gaan. Verder hele fijne vakantie.

Nutzung des Pools und der Außenanlagen im benachbarten Campingplatz. Wir haben uns die 2 Wochen sehr wohlgefühlt, und werden wenn wir nach Talmont St. Hilaire zurückkommen, gerne wieder hier buchen! Einziges (sehr kleines) Manko das Haus ist etwas hellhörig - wenn die Kinder schlafen, geht man als Erwachsener am besten in den schönen großen Garten und setzt sich unter den Maulbaarbaum zum Weintrinken, unterhalten etc -)

Wij hebben drie weken in het huis verbleven. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en de tuin is heerlijk, vooral met (kleine) kinderen (al is deze niet helemaal afgesloten). Wel vonden wij het huis niet helemaal schoon en de kamers wat muf ruiken. Na al het beddengoed gewassen te hebben (in de wasmachine en droger die beschikbaar waren) en zelf nog een keer goed schoongemaakt te hebben, was dit een stuk beter. De omgeving is prachtig en er is op 3 km afstand een fantastisch strand. Ook het stadje sable d'olonne is leuk om te bezoeken en op rij-afstand zijn diverse supermarkten in de buurt. Het gebied is duidelijk in ontwikkeling om meer toeristen te trekken, maar hier hadden wij weinig last van. De domaine is heerlijk rustig, net als het prettige zwembad dat uitermate geschikt is voor kleine kinderen. Aan de overkant is een camping waar men 's ochtends brood kan halen. Er is weliswaar ook een bar met wifi, maar deze is eigenlijk alleen beschikbaar voor de campinggasten.
