"Front desk was not manned at any point during the stay. Towels and linnen was only replaced after calling and asking. The back glass door didnt lock propperly. The shower smelled of grey water when running. Staff werent friendly and seemed put out by my being in the room."

"We had a pleasant stay at Albury Manor House. The hotel has a charming European atmosphere with a strong sense of history, which we really appreciated. The room was very spacious, and both the bed and overall comfort were excellent. The bathroom was also large, and the shower pressure and hot water were fantastic—very relaxing after a long day. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around, and we found the parking and Wi-Fi to be very good. The staff were friendly and polite, which made our stay even more enjoyable. That said, the property does feel a bit heavy and dated in some areas, particularly the bathroom. The bathtub, while large, looked quite old and not as clean or bright as expected, which was a slight disappointment. Overall, we still really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the character of the hotel. With some updates, especially in the bathroom, it could be even better."

"Such fantastic naturally friendly staff from the lobby to the breakfast service. Such a lovely breakfast and so many options for me with coeliac disease. We will happily come again. "

"Staff was nice upon arrival. Rooms were simple but had everything you needed but very dated. Only downfall was a funky smell in the room. Good for a quick overnight stay."

"It’s not bad for a motel . The staff are great . You can hear everything from outside in your room. The shower was bad the hot water took so long to start and the pressure was really weak. also the body wash was not filled in the shower . "

"We arrived in the evening, was easy check in and the staff were absolutely lovely. Great instructions to get to our room, easy and close parking. We arranged for one of there new rooms and it was lovely upon entry, the bed was comfortable but the room just needs a bit more attention to cleaning, pulling the curtains closed a spider has made a home and been there quite some time, cockroach in the mini kitchen area and the lights in the bathroom had cobwebs in all of them. Plus the smell either coming from the toilet water or from the drains was revolting, so bad that the bathroom door needed to be closed at all times. "
