All the bungalows are set in an enchanting jungle setting along a salt water lagoon, The neighborhood was rural and quiet. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There are a few excellent, low key restaurant across the street and a lovely little village with small minimart and the other usuals north along the little street. Yes, it’s a little dated, but is well kept and exactly what I wanted. Traditional Thai beach bungalows at a good price. Sheets were great, pool and grounds well kept by lots of staff. Ein paar hundert Meter weiter ist der "Pöbel" in den Mega Hotels. Diese Besucher halten sich jedoch von Privatstrand des Resorts weitgehend fern. Dieser ist herrlich, sauber, der Sonnenuntergang ist atemberaubend und das Meer lädt zum baden ein. Es gibt ein paar Restaurants in der Nähe, aber zu entsprechenden Strandpreisen und 0815 Angebot. Ich empfehle so oder so ein Motorrad oder Auto zu mieten. The beach is front is cleaned but needs cleaning. There are sun chairs but need maintenance The gardens are nice but need better maintenance. The bongolows are spacious with good showers but need repainting. Vi var varnade före resan att det kunde finnas mycket moskiter men vi märkte inget av det. Om man gillar ett hotell som är lugnt så kan det verkligen rekommenderas. Bangsak Beach är helt fantastiskt man behöver inte trängas på denna långa strand, det är bara välja vilket håll man vill gå. Det är lätta att bada långgrunt. Das Hotel ist sehr schön gepflegt und vermittelt echtes Dschungelfeeling. Tolle, ruhige Unterkünfte runden das Ganze ab. Die Zimmer waren ebenfalls sehr sauber und mit allem Wünschenswerten ausgestattet. Wir hatten auch einen Balkon, der am Abend eine wunderschöne Aussicht bot. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Die Mitarbeiter/innen immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist ebenfalls toll angelegt und eine ideale Abkühlung zwischendurch. Aber das Beste ist das Meer, dass sich nur eine Straßenüberquerung entfernt befindet. Das war absolut der Hammer!!! In Hotelnähe befinden sich einige Restaurants, von denen wir ein paar probiert haben. War lecker. Zudem gibt es eine Bar names B-side, die ich euch wärmstens ans Herz legen kann. Tolle Musik, super Cocktails! Die Ruhe war fantastisch und in der direkten Umgebung trafen sich die Einheimischen zum Picknick am Beach. Das Hotelpersonal tat wirklich alles, um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Toller Pool unter Palmen! Toller langer Sandstrand. Gutes Frühstück. Sans être un 4 étoiles, l’hôtel est propre et bien entretenu. Et surtout, nous avons apprécié toutes les petites attentions : 2 petites bouteilles d'eau offertes par jour, un anti moustique avec les plaquettes à disposition, des vélos pour 2 heures prêtés gracieusement, une navette par jour pour aller à Khao Lak gratuite, des serviettes de places, tapis de plage et parasols à disposition... Bref les petits plus qui vous font vraiment sentir en vacances. I was looking for a green peaceful place and found it. From my balcony I had a view to a lil palmtree forest, there were pinetrees and squirrels. It was soooo quiet and beautiful and right next to a lonely beach without the masses. Everyone was friendly and you felt more like a local then a tourist. Nearby restaurants at the beach and your own restaurant. Wifi everywhere for those who want to stay in contact. Shade and silence surrounded the pool and the area. Wir hatten eine Zelt-Villa für 4 Nächte, Resort ist sehr schön und sauber, man fühlt sich mitten im Dschungel durch die üppige grüne Bepflanzung und trotzdem ist man direkt am Strand gelegen. Die kleine Straße die das Hotel vom Strand trennt ist kaum der Rede wert, da sie wenig befahren ist. Der Strandabschnitt ist schön und sehr ruhig - definitiv keine Sonnenschirm-Kolonie! Das Hotel-Restaurant ist gut hat aber teilweise gehobene Preise. Ein Scooter ist absolut notwendig wenn man das Hotel verlassen möchte - der Scooterverleih wird vom Hotel angeboten, Preise im Thailand-Durhschnitt hierfür. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt aus unserer Sicht nur zwei Dinge zu bemängeln: Der Rezeptionist in den Abend & Nachtstunden spricht leider quasi kein Englisch sodass selbst einfachste Fragen (opening hours pool?) nicht beantwortet werden konnten.
