"コテージに泊まりましたが古いだけでなくすえたようなカビ臭いような匂いが最悪でした。
押入れの布団も臭くて古いし不潔。
掲載されている写真では、トイレ洗面などの水回りやユニットバスもリニューアルされているかのように見えますが、20年前位のかなり古いものでした。いくら夏休み期間とはいえ2泊朝食のみで16万（犬の宿泊は別）に見合うと思えません。ホスピタリティもゼロ。"

"ルートイン系列で支払いも含め、対応も安心できるし、実際対応が良かった。ホテルの古さは否めないが、模様替えなど維持管理が出来ていると感じました。急な雨の場合も貸し出し傘があるし、車の駐車場も大きいの で、仕事での宿泊は便利です。一つ難点なのはホテル側としてはどうしようもありませんが、JR駅から徒歩30分なので、バスを利用しようとしてもバスの巡回路になっていないのが不便でした。また宜しくお願いします。"

"Hotel’s onsen as shown in the website pictures are for members only. Only basic dormitory style rooms were offered with public bath which had water pressure problem that 2 cannot wash at the same time. The bath uses regular, non-hot spring water which only open from 800-2000. No hot water in the dormitory bathrooms.
Hotel is well equipped with gym and game room however for members only. Wish more clarification on the booking sites for this. "
