We stayed for one night. The staff provided excellent service, although they don't speak English well. The room was spacious and clean. There is a kitchen and washing machine with dryer, which are suitable for long stays. 30 mins drive from Karuizawa Station. In winter, the road becomes slippery ...

部屋はとても綺麗で、キッチン用品も一通り揃っていて、とても快適に過ごさせていだだきました！ ２泊したのですが、子供達ももっと居たいと言ってました！ 軽井沢に行った時にはまた利用したいです！
