房間整潔，田園景觀很好!日式早餐很好吃!因為是睡在日式床墊的關係，每晚睡覺也有專人為我們舖好床(工作人員會先問我們回來時間再安排)，連房間內的茶點也是每天更換的。不過旅館每晚十時便會上鎖，澡堂也是一樣，住客不可在十時後回到旅館，房間沒有獨立浴室，所以我們每晚也要提早回旅館洗澡，而且旅館跟市區有距離，回去也要安排好時間，令晚上行程有限制。整體大致可以，只是門禁這點較難適應。 ##### Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 満足でした チェックイン時に夕食がついていないとのこと。朝食のみだと…… ネット予約当日に旅館より電話をいただいた際に、「二食付ですよね？」と確認をしたのに…ついていないと… 夕食をとても楽しみにしていただけにショックでした。 確認の行き違いだったのかもしれないが、一言、「充分な説明が出来てなくてすみません」とあると私も「記憶違いかもしれませんね、ごめんなさい」と言えたかもしれません。「夕食の取り方の話をしていないのなら、きっとそのような話はしていないはずです」とのことでした。 電話を受けた時に私もお名前の確認をしていればよかったです。 その他については申し分なく、とても素敵なお宿でした。 夕食付ではなかったため、急遽お食事処への手配など、スムーズにしていただき、待ち時間なくいただくことができました。 翌朝、朝食時に娘が虫に刺されて掻いていたところ、お味噌汁を持ってきて下さった中居さんが一度下がり、また入ってこられました。盆の上には「虫さされのかゆみ止め」がのっており、「こちらで刺されたんでしょう、すみません、こちらをお使いください」と置いていかれました。 property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 值得一去再去的溫泉 傳統日式溫泉旅館, 環境、服務、食物及溫泉都一流。地點有點偏遠, 但正符合想洗滌心靈、清幽避世的心情。附近雖然沒有商店或餐廳, 但酒店的餐廳食物質素已經十分好, 很值得一試。溫泉有桑拿、冷水池、溫水池及溫泉池, 很舒服, 很多當地人也特別去泡, 可見水準不俗, しつらえは素晴らしい。家具調度類，生け花，庭など。もちろん清潔感あふれていました。スタッフの対応もベストの類でした。また，不便とはいえ，高千穂峰の見える景観や静けさもかなりの高得点かと思います。残念なのは，鉱泉のせいで，少し入浴時間が限定されることと，宴会が入っていたせいで，ディナーを楽しめなかった点です。 ##### Verified traveller Stayed 1 night in
