The staff was very accommodating and nice but it seemed the shower floor had seemed some better days. The walls on my room were beated up and scratched( seemed to be what was being fixed the next room over as well) but the bed was comfortable. Going in and out the building was not the best as some of the elevators smelled like smoke because of other floors being a smoke hotel and KTV. The noise from the KTV was not really heard from my room but others seemed to have heard the sound from previous reviews. I also told to the front desk about that. Then they decided to put me into another room. The room was good and cozy except huge loud of Karaoke sound coming from downstairs. The amenities include ear plugs and condoms.... There's a karaoke club 1 floor down and a nightclub 2 floors down, So you better believe that even with ear plugs you can't mask the thumping bass and "singing/screeching". If that wasn't enough, there's a lot of rooms that you'll hear girls squealing from. If that wasn't enough the rooms are really small, don't have windows and the bed is about as hard as a wooden block. With all that said.
