Next to a dog park which I loved visiting after a long day. Zhongshan MRT had loads of food and shopping malls and felt like the city. 15 minutes walk to Taipei main station and 5 minutes walk to Ningxia Night markets. The location was a definite bonus and the host and cleaning Auntie was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. They room (with double-bed) may have been quite small, but it was perfectly cozy for me. It was exactly what I needed and it was just walking distance from Taipei Main Station! The staff were enormously helpful and friendly. Some of them speak very good English and can help planning your trip! Even when being late for breakfast, I was still provided with an excellent meal. The room had several power plugs (including one that has openings for various countries). I did not use the wifi as I had my own 4G mifi, but they had several wifi routers with strong signals. The shower had excellent strong and warm water. Everything was clean; just the bed had a few tiny fabric dusts (but still better than usual). Airconditioner worked perfectly. Area is very quiet.
