Staff does not keep to posted hours. 2.) If you arrive at night be prepared to not reach anyone on their night service or emergency contact phone #’s. 3.) If you’re unacquainted with contactless, computer registration, be prepared for problems. 4.) No hooks or place to hang clothes. 5.) Strange (for an American, that is) shower set up. 6.) However, on the last day when I wanted to enquire regarding luggage storage, when I went to the reception desk to check-out at 10:27am, there were still no staff present. - The shower in my room (room 503) would only let me shower in very hot or very cold water; my friend staying in another room showed me that the shower was supposed to have a digital display to allow you to control the temperature. However, the digital temperature controls in my shower was clearly broken. The extremely hot water almost burned me on the second night. - The handwash basin in my washroom was leaking water at the back so each time I washed my hands,there would be water leaking out from the rear of the basin and dropping onto the floor. The dropping also occasionally continued into the night when neighbouring rooms used water and disrupted my sleeping. - The room was far more dilapidated than in pictures on the website. The plaster on all walls was cracked and peeling in many places. - The TV remote's batteries did not work and there was also no manual in the room to explain use of the NVM TV system installed in the rooms.
