All the furnitures were new. The bed was very big and comfortable for only one person. Wall was nicely decorated and big TV, big fridge. If you give your room key they do a cleaning every day. They gave me 2 waters, 2 towels , big and small everyday . I stayed 3 nights and 2 nights very quiet, 1 night noisy in the midnight and early in the morning. It depends on your neighbors. Walls very thin. Washing machine is free to use, dry machine need to pay.
