Since it is cheaper, there were definitely things that could have been better (like no table in the room and staff didn't clean often), but this is a really fair trade off considering how affordable it is. Other than that, the room was super clean upon arrival and very comfortable. There were lots of outlets and the bathroom was stocked with amenities. It was very easy to access and staff was nice. Room was decent size and price of the room was okay. One thing I would like to mentions is that I recommend you to get a room with windows. I got a room without window first time, but someone smoke in the building (even though it was none smoking area) and the smell was really bad. The bed and clean sheets were comfortable. The AC unit was very quiet and effective. Very nice hotel staff. Super convenient to MRT and shopping and eating and other local fare. The mini fridge made my cold drinks warmer. The bathroom shower leaked water and had moldy corners. The bed is comfortable. However there is a large pillar in the middle of the room. The toilet is clean. The walls are, however, quite thin. So I could hear noises from the other rooms and even the flushing of a toilet. It could be from the floor above, which is not part of the hotel. The hotel has only 1 floor in a commercial building. The staff are helpful but not all are friendly. The breakfast was a room service - a coffee and sandwich in a plastic bag hung on my door. I am not complaining, just found it comical.
