Ms. Kim was very kind and helpful. She gave us a lot of ideas for sightseeing in Taipei and also in Hong Kong (our next stay). The hotel was conveniently located near a subway stop, drug store, and local restaurants. Overall the staff were very friendly, and the provided breakfast had a mix of Western, Taiwanese, and Japanese style food. The rooms were compact, but all the bathroom amenities were clean, comfortable, and easy to use.

We checked in just after midnight. We stayed 5 nights. Very pleasant person at the front desk. It took very little time. We had chosen a room with the free breakfast option. There is a 7-11 just across the street. Our hotel appears to have been renovated recently as everything looks brand new. The elevator is really fast. The room makes very efficient use of space: there is a long bench, desk with under counter fridge, and small storage along the window. All bathroom fixtures are new. The space around the bathroom sink is small but there is adequate shelf space for your toiletry items. I liked the choice of body wash and shampoo in the shower stall. The shower stall floor is higher than the bathroom floor so you must be careful entering and exiting the shower stall. Same for entering and leaving the bathroom. Be careful of the threshold at the entrance to the bathroom. I was particularly impressed at how quiet our toilet flushes. There was a mesh wifi point in our room. Wifi upload and download was a blazing 800 MBPS. The TV has internet access via wifi so we were able to watch You Tube videos. There are 2 USB A ports above the nitestand. You will need a USB A to USB C cable if your device uses USB C. There are a few outlets available that utilized USA 2 prong style outlets. The hotel seems to place a premium on service. Our first day there it started to rain really hard. Hotel staff offered to lend umbrellas to anyone who wanted one. They also offered free bottles of wa
