The front desk staffs are amazing and very helpful. The use of laundry is free and they even have free detergent for you to use. I like that the laundry machines and dryers are very clean too unlike the ones I stayed in Japan. The location is so close to the Z6 exits and to the Taipei main station overall. It’s also close to coffee shops like Starbucks and so many restaurants around just outside of the hotel.
