Very helpful. Unfortunately the property itself is quite subpar. Really more like a hostel stay. Here are some of the problems: 1\. TV sound not working when connecting laptop via HDMI. 2\. Hair dryer in bathroom not working. 3\. Air filters in room way overdue for replacement as there is constantly dust coming into the rooms from the vents. 4\. Our first room had a strong smell of mold and stale cigarette smoke. When we called the front desk, they were very polite. However their solution was to run an O3 (ozone) generator in the room while we were still in the room! This is incredibly unhealthy so I shut it off immediately. On further inspection of the room the sheets had stains on them so I called the front desk again. This time, without hesitation they offered us the same room on a different floor. This room was much better. The rooms on the 5th floor share a floor with apartments that are not affiliated with the hotel, and as such I believe that those people can smoke in their rooms, which also contributes to the smell in the hotel rooms. The staff were really the only redeeming feature of our stay.
