The staff is also very friendly. Some of the facilities are a little old, but they are well-cleaned so it doesn't bother me. I would like to stay here again next time. They helped me to receive the package and keep it safely. Moreover, they politely reminded us the checkout time then didn’t forget to remind me the important package. It is only a few stops away from Taipei main station. The room is clean, bed is comfy and you get free coffee and tea with snacks on the second floor. One can takeaway food to enjoy in that space too. Close the station. Close to the morning market. The AC cover on.rhe ceiling was off and was afraid that it might fall off. Some of the guests were super noisy but that is not.the fault of the hotel. Location is great. Free coffee and snacks are more than welcome. But no hand soap?? When I brought up the issue to the front desk, the clerk just looked at me with confusion and said "Yes, there is soap in the shower." So am I supposed to go into the damp shower with my wet hands every time I wash my hands? Yes, it is a minor thing, but a hotel of this standing not providing hand soap when we're just out of a pandemic is baffling.
