I was able to spend a comfortable time again. They will store your luggage before check-in and check-out, so you can use your time effectively to sightsee in the area. The staff is also very friendly. Some of the facilities are a little old, but they are well-cleaned so it doesn't bother me. I would like to stay here again next time. Booking confirmation and check in instruction said 3pm, but scroll the booking confirmation to bottom, it said 8pm. It is not customer friendly. Location is great. Free coffee and snacks are more than welcome. But no hand soap?? When I brought up the issue to the front desk, the clerk just looked at me with confusion and said "Yes, there is soap in the shower." So am I supposed to go into the damp shower with my wet hands every time I wash my hands? Yes, it is a minor thing, but a hotel of this standing not providing hand soap when we're just out of a pandemic is baffling. This is really bad as I have allergies and I can't sleep all night and need to change room.
