Our room was on the 1st floor which was convenient and they provided a parking space for us which was extremely helpful and thoughtful. The manager is very kind and helpful with local knowledge. We ate the a nearby beef soup place and famous milkfish restaurant all within walking distance from The Brick! However, the room allocated to us (Room F) was much shabbier than those in the pictures. For example, the electrical socket was hanging off the wall, there was a spaghetti mess of cables on the wall around the TV, water seeped through the shower cubicle partition into the bedroom, the fridge was dirty and the room was generally dusty. But we realised later in our stay that other rooms were in much better condition — looks like we drew the short straw. For the benefit of future guests, please note that rooms are not automatically cleaned — you have to leave a note in reception before noon if you want your room serviced. facilities, room comfort #### 整體而言推薦！ 民宿的設計很漂亮、我們這次是住八人房的樓中樓，上下的空間都蠻足夠的。而且樓上跟樓下各有一間廁所使用上也不會覺得不便。（因為是老宅改建所以沒有電梯、如果有不方便爬樓梯的長輩或小孩訂房時要留意） 房間裡的氛圍很用心，可惜廁所衛浴的隔間卻蠻陽春的，感覺有點突兀。然後衛浴的空間也比較小不過！洗澡的水壓很強！沖都很舒服。 設備的部分，整棟民宿只有1樓客廳有冰箱，像我們住在3樓的話就比較不好使用。飲水設備也是在1樓的洗手台旁邊有飲用水出水設計，但是水流比較小，裝熱水的話要等比較久。 民宿接待的管家也很親切，謝謝蘇小姐。
