The bed was comfy. However, it felt really humid in the room even though the air con was on at 22 degrees. Luckily we managed to borrow a dehumidifier -- thanks to the very helpful staff, but it was already the last night. Wish I had asked earlier. Breakfast buffet was nice, but the food options were almost the same throughout our 4-night-stay, which included a weekend. Excellent concierge services. Unable to use the laundry and pool facilities because the pool closes at 9:30pm and everyone requires a swimming cap. ( you may need to shorten your tours within the city and return to hotel early enough in order to use this facility) Laundry also located on roof top next to swimming pool but closes at 10:30pm ( all laundry must be collected before 10:30pm and no access to laundry after 10:30pm which is also inconvenient for families who can not make it before the closing time. First time we encounter hotel has a laundry facility that closes. Stayed as a couple. Got a family room. Very good space. Even with 2 large luggages open, there plenty of room to walk around. Seems new and well designed. Had a water dispenser right outside the room, which was excellent for coffee etc. . The breakfast is superb with lots of choices and delicate small tasty dishes.
