The room was big, spacious, and very comfortable. I had the best and most restful sleep here compared to the other hotels I stayed at during the same trip. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a mall, making it easy to shop and find food. There are also plenty of local eateries and places of interest nearby, which made exploring Tainan really enjoyable. The only downsides were that the hotel is a bit far from Tainan Train Station. You’ll need to take a bus or other transport to get there, and there were quite a lot of people smoking right at the entrance on Level 1. The smoke made it quite unpleasant when entering the building to take the lift up to the lobby. Tainan Cozzi wow-ed us every step of the way, with their meticulous care to details, cleanliness, indoor/outdoor activities for kids, decor, breakfast buffet, ambiance, etc. The staff were ALL so attentive and considerate. What a wonderful place to stay! This hotel along had my kiddo share that she LOVES Tainan, lol. Thank you Cozzi! On checkout day around noon, we waited nearly 30 minutes to get onto an elevator to the parking garage.
