The bed was very painful and not at all comfortable for any one to sleep as you could feel the springs even while sitting on it let alone sleep on it. They don't have a reception and check in is through a line system. If you don't know how to use line you are in deep trouble. The lobby of the hotel is amazing, but room is disappointing. Appreciate the staff who informed us during check in that we need to leave the room by 12pm to facilitate housekeeping. But guess what? Housekeeping just changed the dust bins and towels. They said they would change the beddings but nope, they did not even bother to fold or place the blankets nicely. The worse part was the smell. I understand that they have newly painted their rooms. But imagine being in a room with fresh paint smell. Checking was super friendly. Our booking did not say we had booked a room without a window but they were kind enough to move us into one.
