AC doesn't work and not clean

AC is too loud and doesn't cool the room, room is dirty and smelly.

The staff isn't too friendly they don't greet you at all. They serve breakfast but you can't take it to your room you have too easy it down stairs in the breakfast area and the lady that handles the kitchen is very rude she will cut the lights of and start putting the good up even if your standing there. They have no customer service at all. Ther cleaning staff speaks hardly no English but there friendly i vacuumed my own room and all. They charge a 50.00 deposit but your room have to be checked before you get that back lol. There not playing.

The room was dirty, couch was torn, walls were damaged, the couch and the floor had yellowish stains. Seemed like this room was used for some other services. You couldn't regulate the water, it was always hot. When I went down to the front desk, it smelled like someone was smoking weed. We asked the front desk people to come up and see our room and they wouldn't. We asked for a refund, but they said it's not refundable. Not kid friendly. Don't let the website photos full you. Never again

Room condition was not good

Cons: The rooms to be fixed before they are occupied. Training of the staff to be professional, Someone at the breakfast site to keep things filled.
The smoke alarm was on the table. The trim around the bathroom door was coming off, so when you closed the door you can not open it because it gets caught on the carpet. You had to have someone open the door for you. There is, what looks to us, a bullet hole in the window. The side door to outside has hundreds of cigarette butts laying all over. Never enough breakfast food in the morning. When I called the front desk to get the stuff fixed, the woman on the phone was rude, Will never stay there again.

To long to check in

Pros: Beds were comfortable
Cons: Faster check-in and fix the carpet and paint where the holes have been covered up with plaster.
Location: N/A
We reserved the room on expedia.com and when we got there the staff assisting us kept talking to the other staff member and It took way to long to check-in.

Okay hotel

It was alright for the most part. They had a pool and exercise equipment but the room we got was not cleaned very well. There was black stuff all over the tub and it was splatters on the walls. The fridge had a bunch of food from I don't know how long and it was all covered in ice. The floor was not vacuumed. It was like all they did was fix the bed and add new towels nothing else.

There was dog poop in the stairway that stayed there for two days, my shower didn't work, the fridge in my room was leaking so the floor was wet all around it. When I checked in they required a cash deposit that I did not receive a receipt for, when I went to check out two days later the staff told me that she couldn't find it on the books. I demanded my deposit back and she reviewed the video of me checking in only to find her employee had put the money in her pocket!! The place may look good from the street view but it smelled horrible, almost no one on the staff spoke English, and there were chicken bones placed around the perimeter of the building every 3 feet or so. also a warning on all the room doors that the staff was not responsible for anything stolen by the maids made me repack and take my bag with me every time I left my room. (given what later happened with my deposit I'm glad I did!)

Ok for the price

Room was spacious, electrical outlets were few and not easily assessable. Shower water kept changing from hot to cold without even touching the faucet. But compared to prices of other motels in the area it was worth staying and saving some money.

Pool is the best thing

The shower water had a mind of its own. It goes cold to hot on its own. Some of the lady in front desk were rude.
