"This was an excellent hotel. It was well located, very clean, and the rooms were spacious and interestingly designed. The elevator was big (fit 5 people and 3 suitcases!), especially for an historic building. Reception was friendly and efficient. We have relatives in Krakow we were visiting, and we’re already planning to stay here again when we come next time."

The jacuzzi bath now that’s something that came in very handy and the end of each day with very tired legs ( chronic pain ) the beds was comfortable and we have a beautiful view of the square and honestly a small bit of noise but nothing that would keep you awake. We forgot to order a breakfast to go the morning we was leaving as it was an early morning flight but we were not bothered. I can not wait to return to this amazing hotel"
