"This place was amazing. It has been lovingly converted into accommodation with so much attention to detail that you don’t want to leave. The additional Christmas decorations were super cute and appreciated as well as the full service kitchen (with coffee and milk), games and fabulous top floor 360°window to watch the sunrise/sunset, wildlife etc. Highly recommend a stay here. "What a wonderful home from home. Everything you need for a short break away. Comfy beds, lovely bath and shower, great log burner sustainable (air source) heating. Couldn't fault it and would have stayed longer if we could. Some lovely local landmarks including St Botolphs Church and Farnborough Hall just a short walk away. "We had a wonderful stay. All the staff were excellent, professional, friendly and welcoming. Special mention for the team in Harry’s Bar and Restaurant. They were all excellent and the food was delicious!! We took our Jack Russell puppy with us and were a bit concerned after reading some of the reviews but from our experience this is a great hotel to take dogs. They’re welcome everywhere but the spa and all the staff made a fuss of him."
