The 150 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. 2 baby cots are also available. This accommodation features a private outdoor area with a fenced pool, garden, three open terraces, a covered terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower.  
  
This villa is nestled in the heart of the Plemmirio Marine Reserve, offering a tranquil and picturesque escape. The property features stables housing English Thoroughbred horses, adding to the charm of the surroundings. The property is located close to the beach, public transport links are within walking distance and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk. From the house’s location, guests can easily access all major attractions, with the historic center just 5 km away.
