The building from the early 1900s is located in one of the beautiful alleys that characterize the island of Ortigia and has been recently renovated.



The Space:

The apartment is located on the second floor and has a large bedroom, a living room with an equipped kitchen and a comfortable double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower. It is the ideal choice to comfortably accommodate a family or a group of four people. All rooms are air conditioned and served by fiber WiFi. The apartment is close to the beach of Cala Rossa and the solarium of Forte Vigliena, which can be easily reached on foot.

Appartamento accogliente nel cuore di Ortigia

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento n.4 (un bilocale all'ultimo piano), arredato con gusto e accessoriato di tutto quello che serve. Germana ci ha accolti con estrema disponibilità anche per risolvere qualche piccolo contrattempo emerso all'ultimo minuto. L'ascensore non è presente ma considerato che di tratta di soggiorni brevi per noi non è stato assolutamente un problema. La posizione è ottima per spostarsi in Ortigia e per raggiungere il centro di Siracusa. Siamo stati bene e spero potremo tornare presto! L'unico suggerimento che darei è quello di prevedere degli scuri anche alle finestre della sala-cucina, essendoci un divanoletto è possibile che venga usato per dormire e quindi sarebbe molto comodo riuscire a oscurare anche quell'area della casa.
