Very nice apartment on top floor with a great view. All worked well except one of the bathroom which had shower drainage issue. The Wifi didn’t reach the bedrooms. Terrace over the water connects nicely with kitchen for great entertaining. Rooms clean and comfortable as were bathrooms. Only regret might be the lack of AC in two of four bedrooms. There is a hallway AC that gives some cool air. Was not a problem for us as weather was pleasant but could be uncomfortable. Unit was clean but complex could use some tidying up as well. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The roof patio is wonderful. The Air Conditioning really saved the day while we were there. Overall it is a fantastic place. Unfortunately the shower and toilet in one bathroom were not usable. We contacted the owners and they were not able to get them fixed while we were there, and did not follow up with us. When we returned home we tried to contact them a couple of times but there was no answer, even after several days. If it's in good repair, this is a nice place. Kaffeekapslen für "besondere" Lavazza-Maschine nicht im Supermarkt erhältlich, sondern nur oline und beim Vermieter um € 1 pro Stück. Es geht nicht um den Preis, aber man merkt die Absicht ...
