However this was my first experience where I did not get my property access details in the promised 24hrs before the allowed check-in time through the Expedia website - I waited a few more hours and then decided to reach out to the provided mobile number via text. After no reply for 3 more hours I then called and nobody answered. I was nearly about to cancel the booking when I received a phone call that resulted in full details with the next hour - essentially at 8pm for a possible 2pm next day check-in.
