When we complained we were told to go somewhere else. Our room was half the size if my friends who paid the same amount on the site. De wifi werkt niet op de derde verdieping. Per cominciare non hanno avvisato che c'erano problemi alle tubature e avrebbero dovuto chiudere l'acqua PER QUASI 2 ORE, dalle 9, in pieno orario di preparazione mattutina all'uscita. Abbiamo perso una mattinata preziosa per il nostro breve soggiorno e non hanno accennato a qualche forma di rimborso o coccola al cliente. Abbiamo chiesto 2 caffè e non hanno avuto la faccia tosta di farceli pagare, ma ci saremmo aspettati di loro iniziativa, il "regalo" di 6 euro totali di tassa di soggiorno che invece hanno richiesto in modo vergognoso. La struttura non sembra particolarmente ammodernare, potrei aspettarmi altri problemi di questo tipo. la posizione non è male. The hotel is old without a proper elevator, it uses an old storage very slow lift. But it doesn't get you on the top floor, you have to walk the last floor. The surrounding area is a third world area, dirty, chaotic, with no parking spaces. Service very mixed, mainly we guessed, because some staff had not been trained. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Der Fahrstuhl funktioniert immer noch nicht richtig, d. h. man muss die Koffer die Treppen hochtragen, dabei hilft das Personal aber.
