The internet rarely worked. When we made staff aware they'd go and turn on and then it would not work a short time later. The matresses in the economy room need replacing. They had dips in middle. When we complained we were told to go somewhere else. Our room was half the size if my friends who paid the same amount on the site. De wifi werkt niet op de derde verdieping. Per cominciare non hanno avvisato che c'erano problemi alle tubature e avrebbero dovuto chiudere l'acqua PER QUASI 2 ORE, dalle 9, in pieno orario di preparazione mattutina all'uscita. Abbiamo perso una mattinata preziosa per il nostro breve soggiorno e non hanno accennato a qualche forma di rimborso o coccola al cliente. Abbiamo chiesto 2 caffè e non hanno avuto la faccia tosta di farceli pagare, ma ci saremmo aspettati di loro iniziativa, il "regalo" di 6 euro totali di tassa di soggiorno che invece hanno richiesto in modo vergognoso. La struttura non sembra particolarmente ammodernare, potrei aspettarmi altri problemi di questo tipo. la posizione non è male.
