The apartment is spacious and well furnished and Patrizia and her family were very welcoming hosts! The sun terrace is lovely, and the air conditioning worked perfectly in 2 hot weeks in August. Ortigia is a wonderful place to explore with great places to eat and drink, a great cultural gem. Beach in Ortigia is very small but there are some great beaches 30 - 40 minutes away - by bus or car!
