  • Case Amate is a brand new luxury apartment located on the island of Ortigia, 50 meters from the sea, specifically designed to accommodate large families or groups of friends. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are doubles with ensuite bathroom plus a twin room that can communicate with one of the doubles. The furniture is in a modern / Art Deco style, back in vogue from the 1920s, which expresses a certain idea of chic in the rooms. The living area corresponds to the two large terraces above, an area that includes a kitchen equipped with a table for 8 people in one of the terraces, plus another large terrace where you can relax during the day or in the evening, consisting of gazebos, sofas and chairs deckchairs, all surrounded by green and flowering plants.

    City Tax: 4.0 % per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

This is a really nice location in a quiet neighborhood that is just a few minutes' walk from the main part of town and a swimming area. Access is fairly easy by car; we were able to drop off our bags and park in a garage nearby. The rooms are updated and clean. We also enjoyed the rooftop kitchen area.

The property was in a great location, very clean and the rooftop was great. The host was amazing and so responsive to all of our questions and requests. They made sure we had everything we needed and even organized valet parking for us at a very affordable rate. The restaurants and shopping were literally around the corner super convenient!
