Agave a Siracusa - a due Passi da Ortigia

Welcome! Agave is a charming, tastefully furnished apartment. It features a kitchen-living room with a TV, a double bedroom (both with air conditioning), and a bathroom on the ground floor. The attic, used as a reading and relaxation area, provides access to the terrace.

We’re located in the Santa Lucia area, just a few minutes from Ortigia, the Neapolis Archaeological Park, the “Paolo Orsi” Regional Archaeological Museum, the “Madonna delle Lacrime” Shrine, and the “Umberto I” Hospital. The area is well-connected and close to highway on-ramps. Free Wi-Fi.

Agave has been renovated and refurnished. It’s an excellent choice for couples, but we’ve gone to great lengths to ensure your children have a pleasant and fun experience as well: we’ve equipped the house with a cot, hand-embroidered sheets, custom-sized towels, toys and stuffed animals, a bottle warmer, a baby bathtub, and a high chair. Your pets are also more than welcome: you’ll find a pet bed, water and food bowls, and a few toys waiting for them!

The apartment is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance off the street. It spans two levels and features a small but charming terrace—perfect for a lovely breakfast with granita and a brioche or a romantic aperitif!

The house rules are essentially limited to the usual guidelines for peaceful coexistence. Inside the house, you’ll find information packets where I’ve included all the useful details about the apartment and the city of Syracuse.

Here’s what you need to know:
- Please let me know your arrival time in advance so I can make arrangements to welcome you properly; check-in begins at 4:00 PM, but I’m more than happy to hand over the apartment in the morning as well, if possible. Late check-in is available via “self-check-in”; I’ll provide you with all the necessary information for easy access. Check-out is by 10:00 AM, but here too, if possible, I’m extremely flexible.

- The apartment has a non-separable double bed, sleeping a total of 2 people; each couple will receive one set of double sheets and two complete sets of towels, which will be replaced free of charge every 7 days. A surcharge of €10.00 will be applied for each additional set of sheets and towels.

- Your pets are welcome! We’ll provide a comfortable bed and bowls for water and food.
