This lovingly furnished apartment is located in the house Atrium,
not far from the beach road in Westerland.
The house Atrium is located in a direct city and beach location in the spa district of Westerland.
The two beach crossings Strandstraße and Brandenburger Strand are only a 3-minute walk away.
The apartment is located on the left in the 1st. Upstairs and is facing west.
From the living room and balcony, they look out over the dunes and can imagine the North Sea beyond.
The apartment is furnished with style and taste. In the hallway are two built-in wardrobes. From there you get into the new, modern shower room with body and rain shower. as well as in the two bedrooms.
The back bedroom is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, in the front there are two new wall beds, which can be folded out separately.
In the living room the dining area, a comfortable seating area and a flat screen TV invite you to linger.
From the living room leads to a modern kitchen and the west-facing balcony.
Balcony furniture is available on the balcony.
The apartment has a rocker, 150 cm high in the garage. Internet is included.
The house has a laundry room with laundromat and coin dryer.
Pets are not allowed.

Sitzgelegenheiten unbequem. Küche klein. Bad toll. Balkon super. Tolle Lage. Bei 2 Schlafzimmern wie im Inserat angegeben, erwarte ich zwei getrennte Zimmer mit jeweils richtigen Betten und nicht ein Durchgangszimmer mit Klappbetten. Fernseher funktionierte ab Mitternacht nicht mehr. Insgesamt für unsere Zwecke ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Lage sehr gut, Wohnung sauber und alles sehr unkompliziert. Parkplatz gegebüber für Dauerparker um 10 euro am Tag war OK. Es waren zum Kochen viele Geräte vorhanden, haben wir aber nicht genutzt - waren ja auf Urlaub :-)!

Lage sehr gut. 2 Punkte muss ich bemängeln. Das Wlan ist ein öffentliches und nicht von der Wohnung selbst. Dadurch nicht guter Empfang. Parkplatz wurde uns in der Buchung angeboten. Vor Ort dann nicht mehr. Gegebüber liegt ein Parkplatz für Dauerparker und 10 euro am Tag war das dann ok.

#### Sehr gepflegte drei Zimmerwohnung in zentraler Lage zum Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Es waren zum Kochen viele Geräte vorhanden. Leider war kein Backofen in der Wohnung und das Zusatzteil zum Backen in der Mikrowelle fehlte In dem zweiten Schlafzimmer war kein Nachtisch, deshalb wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. An den Fenstern keine Verdunklung durch Rolläden oder Vorhänge möglich, deshalb ist für Leute, die einen leichten Schlaf haben, morgens die Nacht früh vorbei. Auf dem Balkon, gibt es Nachmittag und Abendsonne. Trotz allem eine Wohnung, die viel Komfort bietet

Tolle Lage , hochwertige Ausstattung aber "altbacken". Es wurde mit keinem Wort erwähnt, dass der Garagenstellplatz nur für PKW mit einer Höhe von ca. 140- 150cm geeignet ist. Wir mussten uns im Ort nach einen Stellplatz umsehen.
