Really modern well equipped and super comfortable apartment. Loved the location and 10 min walk to Wansey Road Light Rail station into Sydney - SO EASY to get into the heart of the capital.
Everything worked well - modern appliances and loads of them. Balcony was great to sit outside too. Iconic chimney made it easy to locate wherever you were. Nooks cafe with great coffee 2 mins away a bonus. Would highly recommend.
Everything was great, locatiin to transport, place itself. Stocked so well and was truly appreciated. Constructive feedback: there are many steps to get to the building, since we had mobility equipment, wheelchair, etc a neighbor had to tell us a better way to navigate the property by going down to garage and then back to level 2 , and then we juat had the 5 steps to deal with. A note for other accesible guests maybe helpful.We did not ise the pool because it was diety however do understand it was beginning of spring and maybe wasnt ready to be maintained on a regular basis.Also there was a large building construction going on, we did not mind as we were never there but may want to note that in the future.We had trouble with the TV and the communication was awesome to help use navigate through that, greatly appreciated. Overall we absolutely enjoyed and loved the place. Thank you
Located centrally in a quiet area of Randwick, in walking distance to parks, Belmore Road, light rail and the University. Enjoyed having access to the private deck. Very secure building. Ideal for my son (15) and I for an extended stay.
The apartment is located at the rear of the estate so provides a quiet escape away from daily hustle and bustle. It is also close to the light rail stop on Alison Rd and very close to centennial park and Entertainment Quarter
Clean and tidy and warm apartment - perfect for winter. My sister, daughter and I had a lovely week staying here.
The property was well presented and well maintained. The property manager was excellent, responding promptly to all enquiries. The kitchen had everything that was needed and the heating was very welcome in this cool weather. A great property.
We visit Sydney often and have stayed in many places around Sydney. This was my favourite accommodation in Sydney so far, very spacious, lovely and quiet and extremely secure property. We stayed for 5 night with our 17 and 18yo children and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A great home away from home! We will definitely be back!

Getting into the building is a bit of a walk and wasn’t the easiest — having to swipe through another building before getting to you own — especially for my 75 year old mum.
The changeover was rushed and they had to remake the bed but the new bed cover had chocolate stains on it.
The laundry is located *in* the second room which was not stipulated on the listing. It also means there’s no wardrobe space for whoever stays in the second room.
Met all our accommodation expectations. Spacious, comfortable and well-designed for working from home for any length of time. Enjoyed the very well-equipped kitchen for nights in. Property manager dropped off the keys to us which was useful and appreciated.
