We loved the area, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There were only two issues that were problematic. The office is only open for limited hours, and there is no elevator. My wife is a bit handicapped, so getting to the 4th floor was a bit of an issue. Since it is a historic building, they cannot add an elevator.
