Our executive home feels like 'the perfect beachside escape'. Our entire apartment has been freshly furnished, with a large Smart TV, chef's kitchen and all the mod-cons to enjoy beachside living. Enjoy the best of Cronulla only steps away: yoga, massage, restaurants, cocktail bars, and beachside walks. We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible! HOUSE RULES: \*Check-in: After 3:00 pm \*Checkout: 10:00 am \*No smoking \*No parties or events \*No pets allowed \*Child/Infant friendly \* The home can accommodate up to 6 guests with the air mattress upon request, with a fee of $100\. Please let us know upon booking if this option is required. ADDITIONAL RULES: \*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes. \*In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay. \*This is a no-party property. There are 5 steps at the front entry and 27 steps going up to the apartment. \*If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of $20 per towel. On arrival it was difficult trying to work out the digital keypad and it beeped for at least a minute or more after you came in. The property was beautiful, and the welcome drinks were a nice touch. It had an abundance of tea, coffee and sugar as well as olive oil and salt and pepper. There was no washing liquid so when I had to do a load of washing it was quite frustrating. It rained all weekend, so we spent a lot of time in the property. The white rugs were quite dirty with lots of hair \[other people's\] and the drain in the shower was grotty with someone else's hair as well. It had heaps of storage space and hangers which is great as we always unpack. It came with some great reading books and games. We had an early start on the day we left, and it was difficult trying to put the keys back in the lockbox as the light in the garage didn't work. The shower was amazing, and it was good having 1 litre bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash \[although one of the pumps didn't work\]. There was no hairdryer in the property \[usually pretty standard in places like this so that was annoying\]. It only has a small hot water system, so we only managed to get two showers the day we arrived and two ended up having cold showers. Communication was difficult and only had someone get back to me the day before departure. Good size fridge. It would be handy having the l likes of glad wrap, fly spray.
